Order Process

NDS The Label ships from Chicago, Illinois. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

As the majority of our pieces are made-to-order, please allow 10–14 business days for processing and production prior to shipment. If you require expedited processing, kindly contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping and returns on all U.S. domestic orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure your order is shipped to a secure address, with someone available to receive it between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

NDS The Label reserves the right to cancel any order. Should this occur, you will be promptly notified via the email provided at checkout.

Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and additional fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Should you refuse an international shipment from NDS The Label, you will be responsible for:

• The original shipping costs

• Any import fees incurred

• The cost of returning the package to us

International shipments are carried via DHL for reliable, tracked delivery.
