Returns 

NDS The Label accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated. To initiate a return, please contact our team at customercare@ndsthelabel.com. All items must be: unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less any applicable shipping and customs duty fees. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date your return is received, and up to one billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your account.

Please note:

  • Returns of 3 or more items within a single order are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items made with customized embellishments, custom sizing, or any bespoke modifications are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team at customercare@ndsthelabel.com.  within 14 days of your delivery date. All items must be: unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once your exchange has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Our team is here to assist you with availability, sizing, or styling recommendations to ensure you receive the perfect piece.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as sale items, are not eligible for exchange.

Custom & Customized Orders

Custom orders are a cherished part of NDS The Label, crafted individually for you and your vision.

Please note that all custom designs — including custom sizing, bespoke embellishments, and made-to-measure pieces — are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
